10 Days Morocco Tour

Day 1

Casablanca APT - Rabat

You will be greeted upon your arrival at Mohammad V airport in Casablanca. Then, we will be escorted to your hotel.

If you arrive early we will use the time to explore Hassan 2 mosque, the second largest mosque in the world, Place Mohamed V, the Hassan Tower, and the Ordains Kasbah are all important sights in Morocco. Rabat is home to the Hassan Tower, built in the 12th century, and the Ordains Kasbah, an 11th-century fortress built in Andalusian style.

Finally you will be driven back to your Hotel for the night.

Day 2

Rabat - Chefchaouen

After breakfast A we’ll drive through the appealing road of Rif’s villages via Wazan a beautiful small city; once in  chefchaouen you’ll get the first contact of this lovely city . your visit in the blue city starts with our local guide.This is one of the loveliest in Morocco.

Small and uncrowded, it’s easy to explore, with enough winding paths to keep you diverted first the Kasbah a heavily restored walled fortress that now contains a lovely garden, a small ethnographic Museum, and an even smaller art gallery remember that every part or wall of the city is an attraction. Afterwards we will drive to our Raid for the night.

Day 3

Chefchaouen-Volubilis-Meknes-Fez

After having breakfast in the Riad, our journey will start in Volubilis crossing via Wazan and other Riff villages. In Volubilis, we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroccan history. Then we’ll head to Moulay Idriss which is a city built upon the rocky spurs of the Khyber and Tazga hills with the buildings tumbling down the slopes dramatically.

Afterwards, we will shift to Meknes city where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical huge walls of the old Medina, Bab el-mansour and enjoy a visit to the mausoleum of Moulay ismail. Then, we will drive directly to Fes city where you will spend the night in a fancy Riad.

Day 4

Exploring Fez

After breakfast in your Riad, you will start visiting the country’s spiritual capital and our oldest city (FES) .by walking on its crowded souks, epic alleyways, and historical monuments. First the great Royal Palace gate between new Fes and the old one.

Afterward we’ll start visiting all the sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the Tanneries, and the Attarine museum .

After lunch, you’ll see the best area to stay in Fes (Fes El Bali) an UNESCO World Heritage site, this is the most exotic and old area in the city, with its alleyways, and epic Moroccan monuments such as Babb Boujloud (the medina’s main gate). Fes el Bali is a paradise of local handy-made craft-work with colorful Moroccan styles, leather-work, metalwork,… In the afternoon, we’ll visit the new city for a drink. Overnight in a Hotel/Riad.

Day 5

Fez-Ifran-Azrou-Merzouga

After breakfast, we’ll leave Fes to explore the high Atlas Mountains, which represent the most intriguing and beautiful natural regions of Morocco as well as a historical and physical barrier between the north and the pre-Sahara .First, we will start with Ifran or the Switzerland of Morocco.

Our journey continues through the Cedar Forest, passing through a variety of forest types on our way to the renowned cedar woodlands, which are home to endangered Barbary Apes. The Ziz Gorges give a rocky path to the Tafilalt oasis as you travel through Tizi Ntalghamtt. Passing via Errachidia (where you’ll eat lunch and experience Berber hospitality beyond boundaries), erfoud, and rissani, with panoramic views of the Ziz Valley in between.

Its time to relax and feel the desert serenading you the riad the view and the people in the end of this exiting day you will l admire one of the best sunsets in the world .overnight in your hotel.

Day 6

Merzouga Area

We will wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise and return to get breakfast in your riad .today you’ll see our lifestyle.

We will go all the way around the dunes via the oasis of MERZOUGA, to the nomadic depository, you’ll visit the Gnawa people, to experience their music and lifestyle. Not far away there’s the lac of Merzouga, with its bird populations, then you’ll leave for Rissani -Sijilmassa – it’s a historical city and birthplace of a lot of kings in Morocco history, also it was the meeting place for the African caravans. Here you’ll walk through the souk, selling spices, vegetables, and clothes.

After a nomadic welcoming in  glass of mint tea, You will mount your camel, guided by a skilled camel man to explore the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi and luxuriate in the beauty of the Sahara Desert while riding on the Camels

.at your nomad tents you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the sunset over golden dunes one of the best sunsets in the world. and finally, you will have dinner ahead of the camp, where you may spend your 1st night in the tent or under the stars. keep in mind at your request we can bring Berber nomads musicians to play traditional music with drums and dancing around the campfire. For your convenience, our camp is equipped with western bathrooms and showers.

Day 7

Merzouga-Todgha Gorge-Dades Valley

Your camel man will wake you up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise Climbing the sand to experience sunrise at Merzouga is a unique experience that is so often embedded in the minds of our visitors .then you’ll camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga admiring the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes – changing with their colors as the day progresses.

After breakfast in the Raid, you’ll leave for Dads Valley (Road of a Thousand Kasbahs) through RissaniErfoud (a historic region and an archaeologist’s delight that is packed with fossils) and Tinghir showing the traditional rural life of this region, a beautifully constructed houses dotting the landscape of the largest oasis .reaching Todra gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco- undoubtedly one of the most spectacular natural attractions that Morocco has to offer.

The walls of the gorge are cut in the walls of the gorge reaches 300 meters. Afterwards we’ll drive through the Dads Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes» and many landscapes of Berber villages. After checking on your raid we’ll get to watch the sunset on tssidrine road..

Day 8

Dades Valley-Ouarzazate-Marrakech

After breakfast in the hotel we’ll drive through The Dades Valley a fascinating part of the famous Road of a thousand Kasbahs. We’ll stop at KalaaMgouna, “the rose city” famous with its annual festival of roses, to purchase the rosewater, and a lot of cosmetics local products. Continuing on to Skoura and the bird’s valley where the main features are the mud brick Kasbahs especially the Kasbah Ameridil, a well-preserved Kasbah in this area. After some hiking in the valley lunch is in a restaurant overlooking the whole valley. The tour continues to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa”, whose geography and beautiful landscapes has attracted many world class movie producers.  Here you may choose to visit the studios, containing props used in movies, you may have already seen,

we’ll dive the UNESCO protected Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, one of the most beautiful Kasbahs on this area.The Kasbah has magnificent views of the surrounding palms, before heading to Marrakech via the tizin’tichka pass .we’ll stop to visit the town of Telouet and its ancient 17th century Kasbah then we’ll continue exploring the tIzin’tichka road especially its great landscape of Berber’s villages. At afternoon at Marrakech you can have a free time to wander in Djemâa El-Fna and enjoy its charm and have your drinks while enjoying the view from roof restaurants. overnight at your local riad in Marrakech.

Day 9

Exploring Marrakech

Marrakesh could be the town that shows all of Morocco’s exotic culture and charm. with one of our native guide, you may visit the Koutoubia mosque built in the 12th century, the Majorelle Garden packed with cacti, palms and ferns, the work of painter Jacques Majorelle,
Then w’ll visit plenty of monuments  like the Saadian Tombs This 16th-century graveyard full of mosaic tiles
After a break for lunch. you may have time to explore the fascinating souks( native markets ) it’s the town’s star attraction you mustn’t miss the Babouche (shoes) Souk, Chouari (carpenter’s) open-air market, El-Attarine (perfume and spice) souk and the Cherratine (leather) souk and the narrow alleys around the Djemâa El-Fna square where within the evening, you’ll be charmed with snake charmers, singers, acrobats, dancers, narrators, and story-tellers – moving from one group to another, Night within the riad.

Departure

Depending on your departure time, we will drive you to the airport for your departure flight or any other place you choose.

you can have a free time in Marrakech while waiting for your fly —-> we can finish in Casablanca. . .
